หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Create and manage user accounts, reset passwords, and assign access permissions in accordance with established protocols and security policies
• Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates, ensuring compliance with company standards and IT security guidelines.
• Open and close incident reports using the Service Desk Plus system.
• Collaborate with the DDC (Global IT Team) to resolve issues and implement innovative IT solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with in-house IT staff, remote employees, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Provide Level 1 support and recommendations for PC, notebook, mobile devices, network systems, and business applications.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk support, including both hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and perform well under pressure.
• Flexible and willing to work at assigned locations as required.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
